A book of celebration to mark the enthronement of His Majesty the Emperor was opened at the Mission of Japan to the EU, from 2nd to 3rd and 5th to 8th May. It was signed by senior officials from the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the European External Action Service and Ambassadors and diplmats of EU and non-EU member states.
