Meeting of the Japan-EU International Urban Cooperation Programme
On 09 November, a meeting of the Japan-EU International Urban Cooperation (IUC) programme was held at the Mission of Japan to the European Union.
The IUC is a programme conducted by the European Commission, which aims to enable cities in the EU and outside of the EU to link up and share solutions to common problems.
In the meeting, Ambassador Kodama gave a welcoming speech, which was followed by presentations from cities in Japan and the EU which participate in the IUC.
