The Mission of Japan to the EU located in 1000 Brussels wishes to hire a bilingual secretary French- English.
Your profile
-Experience of 2 years in an administrative function is desirable-You have a very good level in English and in French
-You have a good knowledge of computer tools (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
-You have an interest in EU affairs (especially for Environment, Climate Change, Transport, Marine, ICT and Media)
-Work permit required for non- EU citizensJob description

-Support for diplomatic staff
-Documentary research
-Contact with European institutions and with the Belgian protocol serviceOffer
-A full time CDD for a period of 3 months for the period of the end of May 2010 until September 2010 (replacement of maternity leave with possibility of extension)
